Established in 1989, Tejarat Naeem International Trading Company (Tejarat Naeem or the company) is the main trading company within the Group. The company’s core business activity is the supply for worldwide distribution of Petroleum Products and Tejarat Naeem is now recognized as Iran’s private sector market leader in this field.

Since 1995 and based on firm agreements with Central Asian oil producers, National Iranian Oil Company (N.I.O.C) and refineries in Turkmenistan, the company has been engaged in transit and export of petroleum products via Iran to Turkey and south ports of Iran on the Persian Gulf.

Delivery of these products has been achieved by means of transit through Iran and swap arrangements and the company has played a leading role in development of the crude oil and oil product swap arrangements for Caspian oil producers and refiners.

Since the start of its operations, the Company has experienced a rapid expansion of trading activities year on year and has gained access and recognition in major business centers around the world.

The Company has established a substantial and credible business and marketing network by entering into a number of important strategic partnerships with reputable companies in several countries, including the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, China, Russian Federation, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Turkey, the Philippines  and Singapore.

The future development of Tejarat Naeem Group’s global business will be furthered by the Group’s close relationships with its International Associates, Representatives, Joint-Ventures and trading partners worldwide.
